• A supplement to talk: The gaps in Rogers' proof of Identifiability of the GTR+$\Gamma$+I model , is an informal, but detailed, exposition of the gaps in the proof published by Rogers in Sys.Biol., 50(5), 2001, pp. 713--722. This also appears as an appendix to the arXiv-ed article
